Not terrible, but definitely below normal RaceTrac standards. Could use more frequent checks. Customer Service: Basically nonexistent. I asked her to please make some fresh ones, she wasn't happy but she made it. I saw how much coffee she put in there and I knew it's going to be very weak. I paid for my coffee and went to my car and drove off. Few minutes later, I took a sip and I realized this is a very weak almost like water.
