We visited on a Sunday, so things were pretty quiet, but with its Bricktown location, it looks like it would be a fun place to hang out on a Friday or Saturday night. We both went with the Chicago-style pizza, and it was great. Our server was courteous, attentive, and very accommodating with a few special requests and substitutions. Great pizza, good service, and a fun location. We would definitely come back next time we're in Oklahoma City.

The tone was completely unnecessary and unbelievably unprofessional. And honestly, the way she spoke to the waitress was almost worse than how she spoke to us. If you have a new employee, maybe try teaching them instead of embarrassing them in front of customers. There was absolutely no reason to speak to her like that. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, and the manager's attitude made it very clear that customer service is apparently not a priority here. You can have a nice-looking restaurant, but none of that matters when the person running it makes customers feel unwelcome and treats employees disrespectfully. I genuinely don't understand how someone with that kind of attitude is managing a restaurant. Joey's has some serious work to do when it comes to professionalism and basic customer service.
