Buttons in pump consistently get stuck adding more numbers than intended. Overall makes it for a bad experience. I pump gas with a company cards and it turns into a fights with numbers pad. When I went in again to the gas station itself it again said declined. I have money in my account so I called my bank. My bank told me that BP put a hold on my card for $107.53! Why is this!??? I didn't even get any gas. When I tried to talk to the gas station employees about this, they were rude, non empathetic, and even tried to ignore me! I asked them to call their manager because now my card had a hold on it for 24 hours and I have no gas. After they pretended to call somebody and said she wasn't available and told me that They couldn't do anything for me and I had to wait 24 hours, I left, not wanting to give them any more of my business. Stay away. They are totally rude and are an example of what Customer Service should not be. I also had to file a dispute with my bank in case BP doesn't give me my money back.
