I wanted a soda here, but the fountain colas were coming out white, so I decided to get tea. I had to look around for a tea dispenser, and out of nowhere a phone rang. One of the workers left what I assume was the store phone on the beverage counter. This was weird, because the worker had to basically get me out of the way to grab it. I found the tea, placed right next to the store's cleaning sprays (um, ew), and it was sweet enough to rot teeth right after drinking it. I went up to the register to pay, and both workers were on the phone, not paying attention to me wanting to pay for my drink. The girl comes up to the counter, but still was on the phone ignoring me completely, not even winding up the phone call. She was very unprofessional and I walked out without the drink. Based on this experience, I think these employees do not care at all to even bother with decent customer service and a well operated store. I will not be back. read more
