Too many things had no prices marked. Also, prices have gone up a lot, and most things are more than I'm willing to spend on road food. And the manager/cashier couldn't get items that were supposed to be on sale to ring up right, so it took a really long time, and a lot of both of us going back-and-forth to the shelves. You have some things that are two for $4, but they don't show up that way on the ticket when you go to pay. And there are a lot of things on end caps with a reduced sale price posted, but many of those things really aren't included. Way too much time and trouble. read more

The guy working just tried to fight me. I asked him what I get if I have rewards points and he said he didn't know. I said "you work here, you just asked me if I had rewards, and you don't know what I get for having rewards?" He came from around the counter and told me to get the F*** out and not come back because I triggered him. I spent $10k on diesel fuel at this location alone last year and they try to fight me for asking a calm and normal question? I guess QT is gonna get all my business now. read more

Horrible, just horrible. Walk in at 1100 am no pizza. Coke zero out and when I went to the young man at the register he ignored me until I made contact after 3-4 mins. Said he has to watch the register (with no one in sight of it) and that the manager had to do it. Manager no where on floor and he was unable to get him. It's a nice store with plenty of space inside and out. That means plenty of parking, plenty of room to pull in and get gas and plenty of space when you're entering and leaving. There's even a small little drive where you can pull through and use Casey's world famous FREE AIR (yes, I'm shouting) at your leisure. Inside there's plenty of space to browse through a very clean store. There is ample space for food, snacks (look for the Rice Krispee Treats,) soda, etc..., but it's not overwhelming and you won't feel crowded. If you're wondering, yes the pizza is there and it's just as good here as it is at the other Casey's locations. read more

This is the worst local Casey's to order pizza from. It has never been correct or on time

We order pizza from Casey's quite a bit and this location is awful from a timing perspective. I don't know if it's the app that provides the time or what but every time we show up at the time they send via email they haven't even started our pizza yet. We are then left just waiting for 15-20 extra minutes to while they do what should have been done the hour it estimated. Might be time to fix the app or get more help... read more

I love Casey's. Like with a passion. They're pizza is amazing and it's one of the few places I'll pull off the hwy for every time. This location has completely failed me on 3 separate occasions. Twice they lost my order and made one of the worst single topping pizzas I've ever picked up. It wouldn't be a huge deal but I drive 35 min each way to reach the closest location. Whoever is managing this location may need to take a HARD look at the chef lineup and start making multiple permanent substitutions. read more

I really dont want to give this location 2 stars, I'd rather give them 4, but I used the app to order a pizza at 4:15 and have it ready at 5:15. It is now past 5:30 and the pizza is still in the process of being made. To top it all off I ordered jalapenos but was informed right at 5:15 that they were out of jalapenos. The staff was nice, there was only 1 guy working the pizza counter helping several customers at once so I wont blame him, it seeks like they are on short staff. I love this gas station simply because the staff is very friendly and I can get a vanilla soft serve ice cream cone whenever! But you were out of ice cream when I came in the other night and I told the employee that the manager or owner needs to be buying double. It's summer!!!! And you are right down the street from me so I come in there just for that. I don't believe I've ever gotten gas there as I shop at Hy Vee. But again the employees are friendly. I so wish a QT had been built instead of the Casey's near my home. Issues: pizza is never ready, slices or orders, understaffed. No spoons for ice cream, dirty counters, employees talking to cute girls instead of working, trash in landscaping, out of ice cream cones.
