After about 15 minutes it comes out and the sausage is black crunchy little burnt pieces. :( I was hungry so I dug out the sausage bits and ate a couple pieces. When our waitress came back she apologized but did not offer to replace it or ask if I wanted something else. Very disappointing when I paid $16+. After leaving I was mad at myself for not insisting to talk to the manager. Needless to say the next time we want pizza we will be leaving town.

This isn't the first time, or even the second, that Domino's has forgotten to include the sauces with my order. It's a recurring problem that's frankly unacceptable for any pizza place, let alone one that's supposed to be a reliable go-to. Tonight, after yet another sauce-less pizza arrived, I decided to call and address the issue. When I finally got through, the manager answered. I explained, as kindly as I could, that the sauces were missing. Her response? "Ok. I will have them bring it." I thanked her, said goodbye, and she simply hung up. No apology, no further explanation, just a click. The lack of attention to detail with the order is one thing, but the complete disregard and rudeness from management is another level of disappointing. It's a shame because the pizza itself is usually decent, but this consistent failure to get the order right, coupled with such poor customer service, makes it impossible to recommend. Both meals came with a pretty big salad, and bread sticks. The dressing was fantastic, I think a simple oil & vinegar based with a great herb note to it.
