This isn't the first time, or even the second, that Domino's has forgotten to include the sauces with my order. It's a recurring problem that's frankly unacceptable for any pizza place, let alone one that's supposed to be a reliable go-to. Tonight, after yet another sauce-less pizza arrived, I decided to call and address the issue. When I finally got through, the manager answered. I explained, as kindly as I could, that the sauces were missing. Her response? "Ok. I will have them bring it." I thanked her, said goodbye, and she simply hung up. No apology, no further explanation, just a click. The lack of attention to detail with the order is one thing, but the complete disregard and rudeness from management is another level of disappointing. It's a shame because the pizza itself is usually decent, but this consistent failure to get the order right, coupled with such poor customer service, makes it impossible to recommend.
