My appreciation for food comes from the perspective of one who was a culinary major in college and part owner of a restaurant on PCH in Malibu, California. I have the occasion to travel through Virginia regularly and have eaten at T.O.'s many, many, times. The food is consistent, tasty, and a great value. It is served by hard working friendly folks who invest in their community through fund raising activities. They treat their customers with respect and their customer service is top notch. The food comes out quickly and its always hot and fresh. When they tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes it is always ready when promised. This is not corporate franchise assembly line food, it is hand-made right in front of you. Next time you are in Virginia check them out, you will not be disappointed.

When we finally got our pizza, and cut it ourselves, the pizza flopped down, causing all the toppings to slide off. That's not how a pizza is supposed to act if it's fully cooked.
