We made this decision on a whim and very last minute to be done over Thanksgiving. Sara and Scott stepped up to the challenge and went above and beyond any expectations we had. I was so happy with that family photo shoot that I knew the minute I got engaged that I had to have them for my wedding. We can all relate to the feeling of being "over it" when having to pose for pictures for an extensive amount of time (especially if it's hot outside). The setups are super cute -- really good lighting, quality pictures, simple backdrops, various props and everything was clean and new. I loved that we could get unlimited shots within the timeframe we chose and it was more than enough and got them right away after our session was done. If you're photogenic (unlike us), come prepared with some poses in mind, since you're on a timer. The staff is so nice and helpful and explained everything from the studio rules, props, how to use the remote etc and the whole vibe was really chill and not rushed. We really appreciated them for allowing us to have an extra 5min since we were running late, (we booked the 5min white room). Definitely a solid place to go with friends and/or family or just refresh your photo game and get some new profile pics! We're for sure going back with our daughter and bringing our parents too for some family photos.

I reached out and inquire about doing a month-to-month photo session for my first-born and she agreed! I don't have any childhood pictures, I came from a poor family of immigrants that was constantly moving so taking pictures wasn't a need and pictures often got destroyed or misplaced - I value pictures more so than most people. My first-born's first year with Nikki was an amazing experience - pictures were scheduled every month without me reaching out, she always asked for my opinions and I just always let her have free rein, she gets more creative that way. I can look back on every photo session from newborn to one year old and tell you how old my child was. When the baby starts sitting is when the photo session gets more elaborate and I loved every organic detail from the florals, props, colors, backdrops, outfits (she provides them except the cake smash session), and effort Nikki has put in to it. For my first-born session, Nikki completely blew it out of the park for me and then I had my second child and Nikki again agreed to take her photos month-to-month and my second child's photo sessions were epic! I didn't think I could fall more in love with Nikki's work, but I did! She went on and photographed my last baby the following year and then pandemic hit so we did 12 sessions over two years and this may me even more grateful of her work. Thank you Nikki!
