Not a good experience this morning. Was going down 12 mile in a 36' completely empty trailer…read more Thought it would be a good time to stop for some water. Pulled into this station (there were zero no trucks signs in the lot) pulled off to the side of the lot (there were only 4 cars there) but I made sure that I wouldn't be in anybody's way from either entering, parking, or leaving the lot. Got out of my truck, walked to the other side and was met by a gentleman who told me trucks aren't allowed in the lot unless you are delivering. I figured this was just a warning for next time which seemed fine to me. I replied "no problem, sorry bout that" and took another step toward the store. He looked at me as if he was personally mad at me. So I asked him "can I go in and buy a water still?" "No, absolutely not" he replied and then rudely walked away. I was already in the lot, truck was empty and weighed less than the pickup trucks pulling lawnmowers that were pumping fuel right next to me. They wouldn't even sell me a water. Safe to say that a gas station I've pumped thousands of dollars of fuel into personal and company trucks over the years will now be a gas station I never attend and will tell others to do the same.

As long as you have Kroger points, the gas is a great deal. The discount goes all the way up to $1.00 per gallon. However, even a $.50 discount is huge! In my opinion, it's worth the wait.

Don't go to this Boggs. Horrible experience. Firstly, let's discuss the cleanliness--or rather, the…read morelack thereof. The station has a strong stench, and an overall lack of hygiene. It was clear that no effort was made to maintain basic cleanliness standards. (I would not try their "soup" for this reason). Also the pumps look very outdated. Gas prices are cheap but not any better than other nearby options. When I was there, a lot of kids were on the sidewalk where you pull in and out. They were going to cross Prospect to get to school. It seems odd that the city allowed a gas station to be built so close to an elementary school. Also the man working was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I went to pay he barely acknowledged my presence and seemed annoyed to be there.

A Costco membership comes in handy at times like this. The price for gas is much lower than other stations in the area. It's also a convenience when you grocery shop and can fill up all in one location. From there M-5, you can use 14 mile rd or the Maple rd exit and be there in seconds. They've opened a new, bigger, facility so now they have over fifty pumps. Five pumps per line mean you wait far less than ever before. You know my strategy, go there at 6:00am, when they open. I'm the only person in the place! No cash accepted is a downer. But, they do have staff available, should you need them. Another positive is no food mart to buy all that garbage when you fill the tank! It distracts from the process and all that crap is slowly killing us! 01/26

Now the gas is probably the highest in the area, so don't ever go there for gas. However, the reason why i'm writing this is because of there great liquor prices. So yeah while i will never go here for gas, i will be here again for the drink.
