Ok so i know i must be the first person in yelp history to review a gas station. There is a reason…read moreto that and no it is not the gas. Now the gas is probably the highest in the area, so don't ever go there for gas. However, the reason why i'm writing this is because of there great liquor prices. They have 4 for $5 beers (24oz), other great deals on 6, 12, 15,18, and 24 and there liquor is under state minimum prices (best liquor prices in the Ypsilanti/ann arbor area if you ask me). So yeah while i will never go here for gas, i will be here again for the drink.

What a huge find. Cruising along the northbound M-5, low on gas and realizing the further I go in…read morethis direction, the higher gas prices get. A Costco membership comes in handy at times like this. The price for gas is much lower than other stations in the area. It's also a convenience when you grocery shop and can fill up all in one location. From there M-5, you can use 14 mile rd or the Maple rd exit and be there in seconds. They've opened a new, bigger, facility so now they have over fifty pumps. Five pumps per line mean you wait far less than ever before. You know my strategy, go there at 6:00am, when they open. I'm the only person in the place! No cash accepted is a downer. But, they do have staff available, should you need them. Another positive is no food mart to buy all that garbage when you fill the tank! It distracts from the process and all that crap is slowly killing us! 01/26

Pro tip: Look online or in couponing services valpaks, many times you can locate a discount on your initial sign-up. Here's my situation: I live 27 minutes from this station and 21 minutes from the Novi station. I average 30¢ less per gallon at this place than I would pay at the stations by my home and 15¢ less at the Novi station. I only stop when I'm in the area, no special trips to get gas. But I do plan accordingly. Sadly, this is right along Eight mile road, so it gets very busy. Pick your times. Since my memory is slipping, I keep a picture of their hours in my phone. ATM, they open each morning at 6:00am and close at 10:00pm M-Sat. on Sunday they close at 8:00pm. We already know the membership pays for itself in special deals inside the store, this represents yet another opportunity to save. 07/25

It's nice to patronize a gas station that prides itself on its appearance. Not a good experience this morning. Was going down 12 mile in a 36' completely empty trailer…read more Thought it would be a good time to stop for some water. Pulled into this station (there were zero no trucks signs in the lot) pulled off to the side of the lot (there were only 4 cars there) but I made sure that I wouldn't be in anybody's way from either entering, parking, or leaving the lot. Got out of my truck, walked to the other side and was met by a gentleman who told me trucks aren't allowed in the lot unless you are delivering. I figured this was just a warning for next time which seemed fine to me. I replied "no problem, sorry bout that" and took another step toward the store. He looked at me as if he was personally mad at me. So I asked him "can I go in and buy a water still?" "No, absolutely not" he replied and then rudely walked away. I was already in the lot, truck was empty and weighed less than the pickup trucks pulling lawnmowers that were pumping fuel right next to me. They wouldn't even sell me a water. Safe to say that a gas station I've pumped thousands of dollars of fuel into personal and company trucks over the years will now be a gas station I never attend and will tell others to do the same.
