I asked if she could come back and put back on ( something she said she does at no cost and is glad to do) and make adjustments to the shoe ( this was needed to be done because the shoe hung .25" off each side which I told her she would throw the shoe. She said keep bell boots on her!) Anyways, the shoes didn't fit from the get go. She told me to get another Shoer!!!!!!! I told her , we may have a difference in option on the shape of the shoe but put it back on and we don't have to do business with each other any more. Andrew stopped in the middle of training to assist any issues or questions the owners had. The classes were interactive with both the owners and their furry pets.
