I asked for some advice about changing dog foods and was not only given some tips about what brands are good, but was sent home with four substantial samples of a dog food brand my dog had not tried. I subsequently went back to make a purchase and found the staff friendly and helpful. They also sell small pets. It is a busy shop and it is convenient in that it also opens on a Sunday. I really do but it has some faults which need to be addressed…read more There are animals to see when you go there like rabbits, hamsters etc. The thing that really bothers me is that when you need assistance it's like nobody works there. I've spent 20 minutes looking for somebody to get some fish for my tank and they don't apologise for taking what I like to call "mass walkout breaks." If you're going there to buy fish I hope you've packed a lunch to take with you.
