What I liked was that once the appointment was made, they ordered the glass in beforehand, and I was able to get the job completed in about an hour and a half. Price was reasonable too, at just over $200. What I did not like was that during the exchange process, they allowed glass to fall inbetween the interior panel and the outer skin, and they did not clean it out. Two chips of glass fell onto the seatbelt retracting mechanism and thorugh use got wedged into the unit, causing it to jam. The seatbelt which had always worked perfectly before, completely jammed about two weeks after the install. The retractor was not fixable. The price from the dealer to replace it was $228., plus $160. in labour to change it up. So much for the "economy" portion. P.S. I did bring this to the customer service rep's attention. She did not get back to me.

The counter-tops are recycled glass and came with a 4" backsplash - that left 8" of naked melamine in between the top of the glass backsplash and the bottom of the counter. I had a number of people tell me that no one would be able to apply tile or any other surface there because they'd never match the depth or line of the recycled glass. I could either remove the 4" of recycled glass and apply anything I wanted to the full 12" backsplash or I could live with the plain white melamine (that had a visible seam at the 8' mark). Well, it took over a year but Roger was recommended to me and he cut a single piece of mirror that fit into that space perfectly. Using mirror has brightened up the kitchen to an amazing degree and not having any seams or visible imperfections makes me ridiculously happy.

Mark with his very pleasant calm personality, assured us that it was on its way and would soon arrive. Mark's prices are fair and are far more reasonable than the other 3 quotes I received. Most other places I called did not even deal with indoor installs. We could not be happier with the service we received. We understood that Mark, had the unfortunate task of juggling all his outdoor installs, which had become more complicated, due to the crazy amount of rainfall this June. Clients that had booked services prior to us had to wait for the rain to let up, before he could install their outdoor railings. I would recommend Mark to everyone who needs a railing. They don't show up or call on multiple occasions. They have tried to install incorrect items, they cut corners. Wouldn't use these guys for picking up my dog sh*t in the backyard.
