The results exceeded my expectations, even on the aluminum tail gate. The scratches are GONE. Pip's/Gear Head is a premier detail shop with the facilities and know-how to restore your vehicle's appearance. In my experience it is unusual to find a detailer with a good, high bay shop that works on paint issues (without painting). I like how they worked with me, giving me an estimate not to exceed and charging me only for the time worked. They also applied a paint sealant application which I needed since my last wax was last year. All the work only took one hour - very productive! I'm sure that I will return since I plan on keeping this vehicle a long time.

Was so pissed I hired another local guy a few days later. 1/2 the price and A TON better. Just not impressed!!! 1/2 price because he said he knows you /your work. You only did 3 vehicles- 1 of our work vans was pretty straightforward- We ONLY asked you to keep doing the work vans. You're like most companies, get paid then run. Not a huge deal. You never came back to fix the issues. You lied about having a sick mom to avoid the rework. Like I said, I have 46 vehicles, if a descent job was done, they could of all been yours along with the vehicles at Peterson dodge and Larry Miller Dodge.

Answer: 10 Comments: I would rate Wizard Auto Specialties as a 100+. I was recommended by two other Body Shops to visit Wizard Auto Specialties for my GMC as it was severely damaged by a large truck. Their reputation is stellar! My experience was awesome as I had been getting the run around by another Body shop owned by a National Chain. I was at the end of my rope until I spoke with Tracey at Wizard over the phone and set up an appointment. I met with Tracey and her brother Greg. After meeting with them and learning about their family owned business of (38) plus years I knew in my heart they were the folks I wanted to work with. I walked out of the meeting feeling completely stress free and relieved that I was in good hands. Their level of expertise, attention to detail and integrity is second to none.
