As a result I got a $7200 fine from the IRS and H&R Block takes no responsibility for their mistake. Additionally the employees at this location treated me like I was trying to scam them out of some information they were as unhelpful as they could possibly be. Somehow they couldn't find our payment in their system I had to show them my bank transaction where I paid just for them to believe me but still did not help at all and wanted us to just leave the store. They were obviously frustrated at us for some reason when it was them in the wrong not us. Never again will I file with HR Block.
