This Chinese restaurant isn't the best food that I've had but for it being far away in Sweden it's pretty good. The service is very good and the place is very nice and clean inside. It's very popular with the take out crowd as we sat eating dinner customers kept coming in to pick up their orders.

If you are a few people order to share to get a little taste of many dishes. One whole is often "too much". Try the Biff a la Peking! it is fine sliced beef fried in some kind of a sweet sauce. They accept AMEX.

We tried the special sushi rolls and I really liked the Dragon roll, you get 10 pieces for 89 kr which is a pretty good deal. The udon and ramen are quite nice as well and I must say this has become my new favorite Japanese restaurant in town. If you are tired of the bored plain sushi served everywhere else in town, then you should definitely check out this place.

It is staffed by one lone Chinese dude, but he is super friendly and quick! I ordered the pork ramen, my husband the beef udon, and we shared a platter of dumplings. All were delicious. My only real critique of the ramen (other than the missing egg) is that it is a touch too fatty for me, and that's a personal preference more than anything. Good ramen broth always has plenty of fat in it and fat is flavor, but it bothers my stomach! This ramen easily hangs with cult favorites in southern California like Shinsegumi or Santouka (my two favorites) and I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting a big hot bowl of ramen.

I got the 15 piece sushi arrangement the first day and was blown away by how good the sushi was given how cheap it was -- I don't think I've ever seen a comparable price in the States. The fish on the nigiri -- especially the salmon -- tasted super fresh, and I was so pleased with the maki as well. A little embarrassing but I had to come back the next day and got the vegetarian sushi platter, and it was SO good. The tofu/inari sushi was arguably the best kind I'd ever had, and their tamago was so good as well! Both came with a little self-served miso soup which was actually really good compared to some others I've had at sushi restaurants, and the chili oil in it was divine. (I put the chili oil in my soy sauce the second time since I wanted to spice the sushi itself up a bit and it was so good as well!) The staff are also really friendly! The lady that helped me both days was an angel, and even though there was a bit of a language barrier given I don't speak Swedish, her friendliness transcended spoken language. Very helpful and sweet! I've only been for lunch, and both times the food came out super quick as well. Absolutely love this place + would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite of sushi while in Göteborg!

A new owner just took the place over, and she's so nice it's insane! When you order the first time, you not only get free candy but a pair of free socks. They have also started making traditional, hand made dumplings there too; both meat and veggie. OMFG are they good! I've had them for breakfast, lunch and dinner once. If you're in the hood, drop in for the dumplings and free socks. Seriously!

Started with edamame (55kr) and tried one of their "mocktails" with ginger, green tea and fizz (forgot the name) but it was very refreshing. I ordered the deep fried ball of crayfish and rice and panku bread crumbs. They promised it would be fried to perfection, and I must say they did really well! Delicious! I also had their take, 12 piece nigiris of the chefs choice (2 of each kind). It was delicious and I especially loved the crayfish nigiri. Spot on! I ordered green tea but it was very busy and the waitress forgot to serve it, but she didn't forget to put it on the bill, therefore minus one star. But the service was a lot better this time then my previous visit and I was very happy. Will be back next time I am visiting Sweden.

Nami perfectly blends Japanese cuisine in a friendly and accessible manner, with a touch of Swedish-Japanese fusion.
