This top end restaurant is seriously good.
The oysters are on another level, it makes all other oysters I have had look slimy whereas theirs were full and meaty. Apparently they come from a source where the people that make them only get a relatively small amount per year.
The sushi was also superb as well as many of the other dishes. The service really is first class where they explain what is in the dishes and bring everything out at the most opportune time. They really do watch the tables and are very attentive.
The ice cream was loved by other customers of the restaurant who thought it is fantastic. For myself it could have been amazing, but for my taste it felt a bit too salty, almost a bit like I was being slowly poisoned. Others probably completely disagree with me and they love the level salt, as the contrast with the sweet is what made it special. The stuff underneath it I found superb.
