When I entered I was greeted nicely and professionally and they explained the process of how the cafe works. The process to enter the cafe involved going through their lobby, then their shop area, and sanitizing your hands, then entering the part where the cats were. While playing and interacting with the cats you get to have a soda/water and 2 snacks. There are a few different cat areas for you to explore and many cats to see! I had a pleasant time here and ended up finding a cat I wanted to adopt. The adoption counselor was also nice and professional. When I went, it was crowded and there were many cats, but it was clear the shelter was doing the best they could to find these cats good homes and caring for as many as they could. What's cool about this cat cafe is that they partner a lot with groups who rescue strays etc, rather than getting these cats from people giving their cat up.

We went for their first monthly sale to raise money to help the cats. The cats there are wonderful - calm, some want attention, some don't, some love getting scritches. They were all healthy. There are so many cats and kittens that are looking for their furever home. We bought a bunch of stuff and hope it will help the cause. I love this place & highly recommend it! ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

We saw Mickey ( our puppy) on a website and sent Louisa's New leash on Life a message on the chance he would still be available to meet. The next day we met Mickey, walked him around and played a little bit and we ended up both agreeing that he was a good fit for us. I was very impressed how Mike took the time in the details. Mike came over to ensure Mickey would be safe, checking our fence, but what I really liked is Mike was very up front about Mickey's personality and after 2 years, Mickey has been a great part of the family and my wife and I are very happy with our experience. The thing that sets Louisa Rescue apart from others we have worked with is that Mike keeps in contact with us and continues to offer and provide support. Mike is a great partner and is always there to help. In conclusion, if your looking for a great rescue to work with to include training and support, then I would highly recommend Mike and Louisa's New Leash on Life Rescue.

I think this location is the one with the cool jumping spider accessories. I would like to come and get something at some point. In my opinion, they have a pretty good inventory of geckos and bearded dragons. I did ask what I need for a gecko, I only got that the enclosure I was looking at was only ideal until they get bigger...that really isn't much information lol Maybe after I go to the reptile expo, I will come back. It really depends on what happens this weekend. I think that you have to study on your own before getting a lizard from this store.

I stalked the website, because they are very good about updating their website every night, looking at dogs I'd want to meet. We headed over to the facility, which is very easy to find and easy to get in and out of. We walked into the dog side (there is also a cat side but both sides share a lobby so it's ok to enter either door if you don't have an animal with you) and signed in on the laptop immediately. I was a bit intimidated but the people working the counter were friendly. They did kind of speak to us like we knew the drill but we aren't needy and figured stuff out ourselves. We visited quite a few times before finding our baby boy. I started to see the place as a sad place because it was one disappointment after another but finally we found our particular pup and couldn't be happier. The adoption process was easy and very informative. I appreciated our first pic with our new baby that they took. I would have forgotten in our excitement.

April 3, 2026 This…read morereview is long overdue. Nevertheless, I will fancy to publish a modernized assessment of my experience with LLLReptile & Supply Henderson. Without further ado, this reptile store persistently delivers a stellar experience. The environment is clean, well-organized, and it is evident the animals are nurtured well, given their habitable enclosures. Isaiah is habitually supportive, kind, and quite the comical lad as well. For instance, he is extremely patient when I have inquiries, offers sound guidance, and makes certain I feel confident with my purchases. Furthermore, it has been a couple of years, since I last saw him, yet he still remembers my name, which made me feel valued as a patron and not simply viewed as a ''pesky consumer,'' hah. Sustaining this momentum, one of the other employees-I believe her name is Savanah-was showcasing her nifty dragon tattoo to which Isaiah asserted it seemed as though it was a ''six-foot turkey,'' I gave it my best effort not to chuckle, not because it appeared as if the dragon was a turkey. 'twas frankly impressive inkwork, however, I smiled as Isaiah referenced Jurassic Park (1993) in which Dr. Grant was explaining raptors to a child, hah. The spirit of Laura Dern would have approved. Moreover, Savannah is equally wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with anything clients need. At times, 'tis rather difficult to locate a place with such a welcoming and supportive staff. Overall, whether you are a beginner or experienced keeper, I highly recommend this store to anyone captivated by reptiles. This place won Laura Dern's spirit's heart and there is no doubt in my mind that it will remain victorious with yours as well!~ xoxo
