Since no one else has ever complained of this problem that if I would like a refund I would have to email the other guy. Poor experience, no concern for our experience nor future take away customers and bad customer service. I did pick up 2 new pizzas from them after I asked for it in a medium box with paper lining. It was ok but after an hour of driving twice there to fix their problem, it would seem like there is an easier solution to their small box problem. Maybe they need a third guy.
