The toasted fresh French bread was unreal, broth was onion and creatively flavored and not remotely salty as many FOS can be, topped off with a perfect local cheese. Ruined French Onion Soup for me until we return. Wife's Entrecote (steak) was served on a broiler heated stone, keep sizzling and cooking for 10 minutes after service. Served with a broiled tomato, peas and Shoshito type pepppers, absolute flavor perfection in local Huesca style. Unbelievably good. Fantastic bottle of Spanish red resulted in one of those meals that was just perfect. I had the chicken crochettes which were very good, had a middle eastern flavor, nice but get the soup and entrecote and you'll be thanking me later. Great environment, comfortable, casual and near a most beautiful national park for amazing hiking and views. Now, if everything above didn't sell you on this literally hidden gem, the Creme Brulee desert was the best we ever had. Crispy top with a ridiculously light, sinfully delicious without being to sugary custard. Game changer for the category. Loved Espot!!! Loved La Llupia!!! We were the first to arrive and in no time the place was full, so I highly recommend making a reservation to secure a spot. We tried the provolone, octopus, empanada, and Wagyu; every dish was nothing short of fantastic. The octopus is among the best we've tried. After being seated a cart with the different options of meat cuts was brought over to our table by a server who presents each one for you to choose your piece. Our wagyu was prepared to perfection. The taste of the meat didn't require anything additional, however we also tried their chimichurri sauce which enhanced the taste of the meat even further. We finished our meal with dulce de leche crêpe. These were warm, crunchy outside, soft inside, and filled with delicious authentic dulce de leche.
