I was unable to get an appointment with my hair dresser before I left so I tried someone new and he literally destroyed my hair. I heard great things about Alberto Chi and decided to give him a call. He was able to get me in right away. After a short 10 minute cab ride I was dropped off at his studio. The studio was super cute, clean and professional as was Alberto. I explained to Alberto what had happened and what I was wanting. In no time Alberto worked his magic and completely transformed my hair from a fried mess to the best hairstyle and coloring I have ever had. They didn't disappoint! I got one of the best massages ever by Agustin. Initially, I wanted a quick shoulder and foot rub. I wasn't in a spa day mood, but I extended the time once the massage started. For good reasons! I was in heaven. Agustin rubbed every knot out of my body. After the body massage, I got my feet washed before getting the fish pedicure, which I didn't necessarily care for but decided to do once he told me how it worked. I saw they were clean and didn't put anyone's dirty feet in the tank without sanitizing them. The fishies went to town on my feet and left feeling softer than they had ever felt after a regular pedicure. I am happy to have found this place cause I will be returning when I am back in Cancun.

Enzo is friendly, personable and I could listen to him speak Italian all day - while his English is not fluent, I could listen to him speak English with his strong Italian accent all day long!!
