(And many of my classmates work for a living and fit the class into their lunch breaks, just fine!) The buddy system is also great. This is not an easy class, but it has really improved my confidence in speaking, helping me be less self conscious. I have a degree in teaching and Amanda's style works well for me as a kinesthetic learner -- lots of whole body motions, songs, and exaggerated expressions to help the language "stick". The online resources are also very helpful -- to match a variety of learning styles. This class is a very good value and pace. It is a commitment, but learning a language requires daily practice. I've had a lot of fun and can see my progress week to week. I've also enjoyed getting to know my classmates. I wear a mask in class, but not everyone does. There are online options for some levels, too.

A former classmate was mistaken for a prostitute late one night, and she was more offended at the offered rate than the mistaken identity.

He started kindergarten knowing his ABC's and by the time he started 2nd grade at Cascade Ridge he was reading at a 6th grade level. The academic program is incredible. They have high expectations from their students and use a lot of positive teaching methods to help the kids reach their full potential! What I loved so much about the school was the fact that they strive to make the child feel confident about themselves not only academically but as a whole person. They teach them to be successful in their daily life by being kind and compassionate. The love that the staff feels for the students are genuine. If you want a nurturing environment for your child this is the school to be at.

Some of them have been here a very long time which says something about this place. They're happy individuals who greet me and chat with me everyday when I drop off and pick up. They're energetic, and create age appropriate class activities that support a little one's imagination, and they display a genuine care for my children. Mary, Joy, and Pam are great at what they do. They communicate well and support you as a parent. There are nice little bonus when a child attends here as well. If you have to take your kids to a school, and you want to know that they are cared for and loved. Having a good time and thriving as best they can outside of being with their family. This is that school for me, and I am blessed to have Mary and the staff here.
