The manager mentioned she sees 1 or 2 in her own unit every now and then so I believe there might be an issue in each building. It was impossible to seal the water heater vents so its likely that the roaches are migrating between units. On another note, the apartment grounds stayed neat, quiet, and relatively safe.

I expressed my concerns and they told me I can move apartments but they allowed this person to keep the ring because it makes the person who has the ring feel safe, but no one else matters. The community is peaceful, and most neighbors are a joy to be around -- it feels like a real neighborhood where everyone respects each other and lives comfortably. Like with any property, we've experienced a couple of minor leaks during heavy rain, but management has always been quick to respond and resolve issues with minimal disruption. The onsite team is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. I'd also like to highlight Royal T. Management. We've had them as a management company at a previous home as well, and they've consistently been responsive, professional, and helpful whenever we've needed assistance. As far as apartment living goes, Stockdale Garden Villas has been an awesome place for us.
