Casa de l'Ardiaca is a palace that was constructed in the 12th century and used to house an archdeacon. It has since then been renovated, and today it is the Gothic-style home of the Historical Archive of the City of Barcelona, which holds tens of thousands of archived documents.
A tour guide took my husband and me to this palace. We saw the interior courtyard, fountain, palm tree, and stairs, and they looked very beautiful. read more
