Instead, I am told to buy the 3-shrimp plate four times because management refuses to sell customers the quantity they want. That is not customer service. That is nonsense. When I asked for half a dozen stuffed shrimp, I was told I would need to purchase two separate $20 meals for a total of $40. Yet the menu clearly lists a half-dozen order for $32. Why should I pay an extra $8 for food I never asked for and do not want? The entire situation is ridiculous. I am sick and tired of excuses, confusion, and incompetence. This establishment has fallen so far from the reputation built by F&H and Pete Harris that it is almost unrecognizable. I am done with this place permanently. Until they fix their customer service, their ordering process, and their overall attitude toward customers, people should spend their money elsewhere. Rather than feeling like a valued guest, I felt as though I had already been judged before any interaction even took place. Throughout my visit, several staff members were rude, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable. Their attitude and treatment left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Based on the way I was treated compared with others around me, I left with the strong impression that race may have played a role in how I was treated. Whether intentional or not, the experience made me feel singled out and discriminated against. No customer should ever leave a restaurant feeling humiliated or questioning whether they were treated unfairly because of the color of their skin. Restaurants should be places where everyone is welcomed with dignity, respect, and professionalism. I chose your establishment expecting excellent food and courteous service. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, deeply disappointed, and disturbed by the overall experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I respectfully request that ownership investigate this incident thoroughly, review the conduct of the manager and staff on duty, and take appropriate action to ensure no other customer experiences what I did. I hope you will take this complaint seriously. Businesses succeed by earning the trust of every customer, regardless of race or background. My experience fell far short of that standard.
