The scents ranged to combine floral, herbal, earthy, woody, and/or smoky scents that have general appeal. The decor of the shop is amazing as you'll see lush greenery surrounding the storefront and their items are thoughtfully surrounded by plants/beans/materials that reflect what you are smelling. The items are not cheap as they'll run you $80-$200+ and quality reminds me of what you'd find at a store like dipytique. Nevertheless, both of their stores in Polanco and Juarez are outstanding and worth a visit, if only to sample their hand sanitizer and lotions.

Terrible! I came to this location with my sister the other day. Not speaking spanish we…read morecommunicated with the sales people at the entrance to the best of our abilities. We were under the impression that one of us could go in and the other had to wait outside until another customer left the store due to covid restrictions. However that was not the case. I waited outside with understanding but as other people started to approach the sales people at the door they let them in without a blink of an eye. It happened once and though bothered I let it slide but it continued to happen until I asked the employees why they were letting other people in the store when I was asked to wait. Being upset and clearly bothered they eventually let me in. At that point I didn't want to give this store any of my business however I desperately needed a product. It only got worse when I met my sister who was inside. She tells me how rude the employees were being to her, it is then that I notice that a a female employee in her 20's following us all throughout the store from the time I entered to the time we exited the store which made us super uncomfortable. Now I am not one to usually be bothered by these things but the way we were treated was unacceptable and completely disgusting and I am assuming it has to do with us(being African American) If you don't have to go to this location please don't bother.
