I have to be upfront with this one. No need for fluff or colorful adjectives that would steer you away from the main objective of Yelp reviews- to let you in on the best of this city. So far, we've covered thousands already and I am adding another to the list, and it comes in a form of a piece of meat that will leave your mouth in a dancing frenzy. I discovered Casa Amarilla the other day at the Gourmand Market in BGC. Having gone through all the free samples in the other booths (yes, I am one of those) my mouth started to look for something salty and luckily, I found this rustic looking booth in the middle of it all calling out my name. Little did I know that I would spend a half hour talking to the owner about how he was able to create such perfection! Yes folks, Casa Amarilla is the real deal and if you ever want to impress anyone with a Spanish meal, I suggest you pick up a bottle of Dominio de Pingus and 500 grams of what I believe is the best chorizo in all of Manila. read more
