Steak fajitas
Rachel J.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was so disappointing I feel others should know. We ordered three separate dishes -- steak fajitas, a steak burrito, and a chicken chimichanga -- and all were so salty they actually burned our throats. I had to send my burrito back, but we felt bad sending everything back, so we didn't, even though they were all practically inedible. When we told our server, she admitted they've been getting a lot of complaints about the food being too salty for the past month. Clearly something needs to change. The salsa tasted like plain canned tomato sauce with zero flavor, and the tortillas they used on the burrito looked and tasted like the kind you'd grab from Walmart -- which honestly should have been my red flag the moment I saw them. For the prices they charge, I expected fresh, flavorful food, not this. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Birria tacos

Came here on a whim with my mom. We were hungry and excited to try this place out. I'm not sure if we came close to when they opened, but there was no host so getting seated was a little awkward at first. But we did get sat. We got complimentary chips and salsa that were so yummy. I ordered the birria tacos and my mom ordered the tacos. Everything was SOOO GOOD. It all came out fresh and exactly what we didn't know we needed. The food was flavorful without being too heavily spiced/spicy. I would definitely love to come back and would suggest if someone was wanting some yummy Mexican food. The restaurant was dark but pretty. They also have a full bar with TVs so could be a good spot to watch the Razorbacks in the fall!

My sister, brother in law, and I popped into this spot for dinner after brewery hopping. The vibe in there is so chill. The bar service was impeccable! Might have been the best carnitas I have ever had!

5 Stars! Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommend! If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience, look no further! We arrived when it was packed, and I was a little nervous about the wait, but the staff was on it--cleaning tables efficiently, and we were seated in just 5 minutes. The covered patio is a dream, with a perfect 72-degree breeze. It's the ideal spot to enjoy a meal outdoors, and I loved that it's separated from the inside by soundproof glass walls,so you can enjoy the ambiance without noise from the restaurant. The food? Incredible! The chips had a great crunch, and the salsa was delicious with just a pinch of spice--perfect for someone like me who doesn't like things too hot. Service was spot-on for their first night open. Our drinks, chips, and salsa were kept full the entire time, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between contemporary high-end and casual, so you feel comfortable while still enjoying a classy vibe. For the main course, I had the steak fajitas, and let me tell you--the portion was huge! At least 8oz of juicy, perfectly seasoned steak, sizzling and delicious. I was also impressed by the inclusion of red bell peppers alongside the regular ones, adding a sweet and savory twist. Even the rice stood out--it was light and fluffy, not your typical heavy Mexican rice. This spot truly exceeded my expectations--clean, efficient, delicious, and with a fantastic atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

Excellent experience overall. I had the chicken taco plate, it was so good. We started off with…read moreGuac dip and it is perfectly done, chips thin and crispy with perfect seasonings. My friend had a plate of nachos. Healthy servings. For dessert we shared the Sopapilla, enough for two and that ice cream to die for. Highly recommend

Went here for a team building work lunch. This was my first time dining here and I really liked…read morethe decor and overall ambiance, but it was really busy and fairly loud inside. There were 8 people in our group and they ended up seating us outside which wasn't a problem as it was warm and sunny. Once seated our server took our drink order quickly and followed up shortly with taking an order for appetizers. Which also came out fairly quickly. Our server then took our entree orders. He returned three or four times to replenish/refill drinks for the females in our group but ignored me and the other male in our group, until we asked for a refill. Our entree's took about 20 - 25 minutes to come out and there were several minutes between the first and last to make it to the table. In the business district of the town where most of their lunchtime weekday customers are workers on lunch break they need to be getting the food out the kitchen quicker. As for the food presentation was nice. Everyone's dishes looked really fresh and appetizing. Two of our team had the shrimp taco's and they was so much moisture in them they ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Another two on our team had the Quesabirria. They said it tasted good but had more cheese than Burria. As for my own dish, I had the poblanos with steak, which is three enchiladas covered in a poblano sauce with a side of rice. The portion was a reasonable size but the steak was chewy and while it wasn't bad the poblano sauce just didn't impress me. It was just plain in flavor, with not much poblano flavor. Like I mentioned earlier we were seated outside. I was about two thirds the way through my meal and found a small black hair in the sauce. Where we were sat was pretty breezy so I cannot say if the hair came with my meal or if it was blown onto my food, but it was not the best end to what I would call a lackluster meal.
