Regardless, I got some good greens and didn't mind it, it was just a little messy This restaurant is really beautiful and has amazing views. If I was in the area again, I would eat there.

He greeted us promptly (pretty important in a bar situation), asked us if we planned on having food as well as drinks, and got our experience off on the right foot immediately. John was really helpful with menu knowledge and recommendations and he was personable and easy to talk to. Managed to check on us periodically despite having a pretty full bar room to manage. He did it all smoothly. The food exceeded our expectations too! Sure I just got a burger and fries but the burger was excellent, juicy, cooked exactly to my medium well preference, and the bacon was memorably good (I just got American cheese and bacon). I liked having the pickles, lettuce, and tomato on the side and he even asked in advance what condiments I wanted (sometimes I have to chase down a server after they deliver the burger and ask for mayo or mustard, not here). The fries were pretty good as well. My wife got the steak with rice and both were really good (the rice wasn't all that hot in temperature but still really tasty). Steak really was delicious and done to perfect medium well again. The carrots that accompanied the steak were great too! And the drinks were great, too! Pinot Grigio was really good and very reasonably priced and I had a great huckleberry peach margarita; my wife loved her whiskey (I think it was Pendleton Reserve maybe?). The friendly and welcoming ambiance didn't stop with Jon, either. Every server and staff member we interacted with was great. We had a really great time here and plan to return here the very next day on our last night in Wickenburg. P.S. I appreciate that the receipt had the largest font on a restaurant receipt that I've ever seenx

It's been one disappointment after another here. Our lunch was a disaster. We got the wrong check with a number of cocktails on the bill: we only had a cola each... and had the empty glasses to prove it: our server seemed confused I've met the owners and they're very nice people, but those they leave running the restaurant seem confused as to who is doing what, why, or how. I don't know what they're doing. Neither do the employees here.

There are some picnic tables on the side of the building if you want to hang out. We left to go to a coffee place around the corner, but they were closed. So, back we came to the bakery for a cup of coffee. My husband is fussy about his coffee - he likes a medium roast. Turns out they had really delicious coffee! With their new digital menus, I placed an order and messed up, but their Manager (Joel) and Employee (Jaime) took care of everything with a smile. They literally went out of their way to make sure that I, as a customer, was happy with my experience. I wish there were more people like Joel and Jaime in the work force.
