I wanted a lash lift before going on a vacation. It's been years since I've done both. I've had 3…read moreprevious lash lifts at other locations/artists with barely satisfactory results. I booked with Benny and was extremely pleased with the results. He took his time and expertise to curl my extremely stubborn and straight eyelashes. I question if others have the skill and patience of Benny, and highly recommend Benny and the Arteze Lash Lounge.

It's very important to me that I find lash artists who are not only stellar at their jobs, but…read moreextremely passionate about what they do. After all, their services will affect a client's confidence and self perception. That is why I 101% trust Benny & his Arteze team. It's no secret this is an award winning team. They genuinely care about their clients and put you at ease from the start. My cousin came in for a lash extension & she was thrilled with her results. They really captured the natural look she was hoping for. I got a lash lift for myself & it's been some time since I was this confident in my facial features (sad as that sounds). I love how my eyes look right now. To say Alicia was amazing would be such a massive understatement. She made the whole experience wonderful and also made the best, honest recommendations. I'm going to make sure I call up Benny and Alicia for every holiday/event. & I highly recommend coming in whether you are a seasoned lash/brow client or just looking to try it out for the first time (like me).

I decided to try having my eyelashes tinted before my vacation in hopes that I wouldn't have to…read morewear makeup. I thought eyelash extensions might be a little drastic for me and was just looking for something subtle and more natural looking. Everyone in the store was very pleasant to deal with. Making an appointment was a breeze and I even received email confirmation of my appointment and then another email reminder closer to the date. I did start to get regular ad emails as well which I was not all that pleased with but they are easy enough to opt out of. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was taken approximately 15 later. There seemed to be only one person working (apart from the girl at the front desk) and there didn't seem to be anyone waiting when I left. I was led to the station and the aesthetician explained the process. We discussed the colour I was hoping to achieve and she started to mix the tint. After all was said and done, she handed me a mirror and my first thought was... wtf? well, that was a waste of money. My lashes looked horrible. They were patchy and whole sections were missed. At first I thought, oh, maybe I'm missing lashes there but when I got home, I applied a little mascara and nope, not missing lashes, but definitely missing tint in that area. By putting mascara on, I also noticed that the entire outer edge of my lashes on both eyes were missed. My lashes are just a mess now and I can't wait for this to grow out. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I have had lashes once in the past and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. I was…read morereluctant to try it again. After some coaxing from Danielle, Dakarahs founder, I tried again. This was a totally different experience. Her salon is incredible. Really gorgeous and puts you at ease immediately. The bed that you lay on for your treatment was honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever laid down in. Danielle is extremely dedicated to making sure her clients (me) felt 100% comfortable in her care. I nearly fell asleep...which is totally unlike me:). My lashes look incredible, people don't even believe they are extensions... I highly recommend Dakarahs. Well done Danielle, I couldn't be happier!!

I've been going to Sohaila for the past 5 years for a blonde ashy balayage, and she gets it right…read moreevery single time. She's truly talented, and I've always trusted her with my hair. However, recently she's been booked out for 6+ weeks, which is understandable--but inconvenient. Since I couldn't wait, I went to her salon assuming her team would uphold the same high standards. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. I booked the *balayage promo* for $250 and clearly requested my usual **ashy blonde balayage with money pieces**. Instead, I walked out with a **dark brown/brassy balayage**--something I never asked for. I flagged my concern *during* the appointment while my hair was being dried, saying the color looked way too dark. I was told, "it'll get lighter." It didn't. Four days later, it looked exactly the same. I followed up, explaining again that I asked for a **blonde** balayage, not brown. I was then told I had selected the "bond lift" (whatever that means), and essentially blamed for choosing the wrong service--despite clearly communicating what I wanted. If I wanted a dark look, I could've spent $20 on a box dye. I even confirmed with Sohaila herself that what they gave me was, in fact, a brown balayage--which I never asked for. I asked for a correction or refund so I could get it done properly--since this clearly wasn't what I requested--and was told I'd have to wait for Sohaila to return and pay more because she "doesn't do promo balayage." So let me get this straight: You botched my color, admit it was brown (not blonde), refuse to correct it unless I pay extra, and the only difference between the promo and regular price is about $40? This has been a hugely disappointing experience--zero accountability, lack of colour knowledge, and no interest in fixing a clear mistake. Sohaila really needs to reevaluate who is representing her name, because based on this experience, I won't be returning.

I showed the stylist a picture of the cute I was looking for basically shorter layers to allow the hair more body. I got a 1970s mullet pretty much. Im extremely unhappy and the stylist and the senoit stylist both know they didnt do a food job. Also i was over charged. The cut was ppriced at 60 dollars and they rang it in at 65 with taxes and tip i paid sgort of 90 dollars. I have tried to contact the salon but ciuld only leave a message. Buyer be ware on this little salon. If you hair isnt straight they have no idea what to do.
