I have washed it in the shower as directed by the store. Fast forward, 7 months. The night before an important event the bra, (that I was to wear with my gown), under wire snapped in two. The store is more than 1 hour away. I dropped everything drove out to the store. A $250 bra should last more than 7 months. I did not have time for ANOTHER fitting. It was just before closing on a Friday night. The sales lady was very personable. She could not do anything about the poor product but would speak to the manager in the morning. I left the broken bra there and bought another bra. ....... 2 weeks later....... I received a call from a sing song lady..... so fake and rude. After telling me (the customer) how wrong I was. She said there was nothing she could do as I had not taken care of the bra, and worn it too much!!! I had hoped she would make it right in some way. She commented on how faded it was. Yes, I notice the fade too! However, I was unhappy with that but it was the broken under wire. She further insisted I should have had ANOTHER bra fitting.... I have not changed in 7 months. Her tone was fake and diminutive. It was a very bad call, you know that fake polite voice. I ended the call, and remarked that I was not up for a battle of the bra. I hope the owner reads this review. This is a loss of a good customer and annual business. Hello on line shopping, good bye Top Drawer.
