I've never had to return anything. They also have a full range of services: knife sharpening, key copies, propane exchange, carpet cleaner rental, and ice. I do wish they could extend their Saturday hours and allow their employees Sunday and Monday off...that would mean a lot to those of us who work 8-5 M-F. Also, I know the first reviewer.
