If I were to go back to Royals, I would try other burgers and other takeaway food. My friends have also been to Royals as well and they are happy with what they have eaten from Royals. Part-way through my wait I heard a member of staff SNEEZE in the same kitchen my food was being cooked in. This person then came out for a short moment and I saw him take his bare fingers pinching his nose to clear it. He then went back into the kitchen. I couldn't tell if he was the one that at handled the food at any point as there were 3 in the kitchen at the time and one taking the orders on the front desk, but the sheer fact of hearing the sneezing and no water running afterwards to suggest he washed his hands is too off putting for words. You are not waiting for long whilst they are cooking your pizza. I'd say you are waiting for around 4-7 minutes for your pizza to be cooked. I guess the only criticism I would have is the fact they only do deep pan. I am a fan of deep pan but to be honest I am more of a crusts person. I do prefer to have a crusty pizza than deep pan. I did enjoy the pizza I ordered from Five Star Pizza but unfortunately I do not intend to go back.

Having it with naan as well really did top it off. I would come back to Chana just for the Masala Fish but I will return and try something new. Literally seconds after ordering I was told my father in…read morelaw had passed away so straight away I called the restaurant to say please cancel the order and do not send the food. They said ok and to cancel order I needed to also cancel the order on the OrderYoyo site. I couldn't see how but OrderYoyo customer support were very helpful but did say the restaurant hadn't authorised the refund. It's been 3 days of trying and the restaurant refuses to communicate with OrderYoyo and authorise the refund. I did the decent thing and acted straight away so time and ingredients weren't wasted yet they still took my money and will not answer Order Yoyos calls to authorise a refund. We have ordered from here for years and this is just disgusting behaviour. Never again will I ever order from here.

The person I spoke to was very rude and kept cutting into me and all he kept saying was if I wanted to cancel my order then I can, I did not want to as I've waited long enough for my food, and I said to him "well what's going to be done about the fact I'm waiting almost 2 hours for my food" his response was "well you can cancel the order if you want I don't know" which I find ridiculous!!! he offered no compensation or nothing! My point stands that I would understand to wait 45 to 50 minutes but instead this apparent manger I spoke to said I would be waiting till 10:45pm so as you can see I'm really not happy about this... It was then 11:00 I phoned the restaurant again to see where my order was and then said it would be another 10 to 20 minutes! What a joke! I received my food at 11:25 and it was cold and needed to be heated up!!! The quality, service and delivery time was disgusting! Never to mention how they handled my complaint. Awful just awful
