She does not care about women going through a divorce getting what they are owed. She only cares about her money and since she was paid, her work stopped as did the phone calls and emails. She said multiple times that she had completed the required and judge assigned paperwork only to find out by the ex's benefits union office, that she had lied to me and never turned in such paperwork. The union hall even contacted her with a fax number to fax the paperwork in. The quattro form should have been filed with my divorce filing. I DO NOT recommend her to anyone. I am afraid my limitation might have ran out due to her lack of willingness to complete what she was paid to do. Be warned.

My case was complex and challenging to put it mildly! after resolving the first matter to my great…read moresatisfaction I hired Clayton again- over the last 2+ yrs he has worked tirelessly! I'm honestly shocked he does not have a wait list for his services!! He is a POWERHOUSE OF LEGAL EXPERIENCE - and I called around a lot at in the beginning - other lawyers even suggested him when they were not the right fit !!! His experience as a prosecutor, judge and Amazing defense all come together so you know when he is representing you that you can trust his knowledge of the law, he is a straight shooter, tells you exactly what you're situation is and then gives you every option he can and shows a lot of compassion, understanding and willingness to go the extra mile(s)!! I was a wreck and knowing Clayton would do everything possible was priceless because there is no one better in my opinion! If he says he will call with updates he does, he responds promptly and is always available for any questions that come up. Even better his fee is a flat upfront charge !! - which is unbelievable given how much time he puts into his clients cases. A pay by the hour ( I have had in a different legal area ) would have been unmanageable for me in this case because of the time it required. I said to Clayton at the end I feel like I should have paid him more he simply responded "no this is my job, call me if you need anything" #NotAnAverageDefense!! If you need a lawyer, don't waste your time and stress, he really is the best and his staff are one of a kind. Give him a call and let him get to work !

I was relieved and excited that Josh was willing to take the case so late in the game before trial. My ex dismissed the court case 6 days after I paid and hired Josh.
