    So let me start by saying, when the services were performed on my car, the now owner of this…read morebusiness was working for another local business in town that I will not name. They had a falling out, so he then started this particular establishment. It was a Friday around 1pm, I called and they stated they could fit my vehicle in that afternoon but it would be later in the evening when they would be done. I told them that was fine, that I had no where I needed to be that evening. They call around 4-5 pm and stated that it would be later than expected and he would give me a call when they were done. 7pm came and he called and asked if he could keep my vehicle overnight and would have it finished sometime mid morning. Okay that will be fine, I don't have anything to do until that next evening. My phone rang at 930am. It was them asking if I had another key fob for my vehicle, they think they have locked it in my car. Sure I'll bring it right now, I only live like 5 minutes away. No problem. I get there, there is not key fob in the car. I felt this was strange as my car will not normally lock with a key fob inside anyways. He then states he had let his brother work for him the previous day as well as this day and he was the one who had handled my key fob and they he would find it. States he will have my car ready in just a little while. He quoted a price to me over the phone, later told me it would be a little more as my kids had spilt something in the back seat. Okay, I completely understand, that's perfectly fine. 4:30 pm comes along, and I still have not heard anything. They have now had more care well over 24hrs and I have plans in the next hour or so and need my car back. I contacted them to ask if they were almost done so which his reply was, we are just now about to start on your car ma'am. I'm like WHAT??? You have had my vehicle for this amount of time and still have even touched it??? And you have lost my key fob!?? 615 rolls around and my husband and myself decide to head up there. We get there and they are JUST THEN starting on my car! Still have yet to find my key fob and I'm told it will be ready at 730. We show up to pick my car up at 730, my car has soooo many scratches on it, the inside is still not clean, just halfway vacuumed and wiped over, oh and still no key fob!!! I explained I will NOT be paying the price he quoted, he then asked if half price was ok. I was still trying to be gracious and told them that we could just call it even since my key fob had been misplaced/lost and it cost WAAAY more than the work that was done on my car, to which he replied he had to somehow pay the guy that worked with him. Okay well you will be replacing my key fob then correct? To which he replies yes ma'am I will. I contacted the same number on multiple occasions about my key fob and I got the reply of, the person who was managing the business at the time is no longer affiliated with our business and has now started up GoBros. I know nothing about this incident, wish I could help more. I'm sorry what????? You are the said owner of this business and should be taking care of whatever has taken place, your employees as well as all things that ha e happened are your responsibility. And yes I have left the same review on that businesses page as well!
