I was never told about a huge door ding, someone hit a curb and ruined rim and tire. Front driver's side molding broke. Some of these are easy fixes, but dang at least tell someone. The door is dinged in a spot I doubt can be fixed and so I'm guessing $800-$1,000 to fix issues. Salesman was Chris F. Plus car was from Canada, so manual and everything to operate car is in French. At least there's YouTube to figure it out.

I got a phone call explaining what they could not do and lots of typing on a computer and then an attempted explanation about "here's how it works" when I know how it works. He told me for only $30/car (totally refundable) he could put them on hold until I could make it out there and since I work long hours and couldn't get out there for a few days I thought that was great! In the meantime I have a friend that works at a dealership so he ran the vin numbers and found several things about the cars that concerned him. The biggest thing being that the cars were made in and for Canada and Sundance brought them to the US to sell. I called Dan back immediately and told him to take them off hold and he said the card would be refunded immediately. 10 days later I had to call and speak to a manager because Dan had not refunded. I also found out that Dan was supposed to request the refund from the accounting department and they would need to reach out to me, which he did not do either. After my bad experience I read several other reviews that just confirmed how shady they run their business. I would never recommend!!! But your cars elsewhere!!!
