Alysia on reception was amazing, professional and courteous she explained the procedure to check my transmission to me. The whole team of mechanics treated my vehicle impeccably and undertook a full car inspection as well as the transmission issue. They diagnosed a few minor vehicle items that would need attention in due course and showed them to me in person and educated me fully. I was so impressed. I did not require any transmission work and they showed my the liquid with minimal metal pieces therein. What a a relief. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.
