Customer service is nonexistent! Pathetic how I've been handled by this company and their dealer in California. Their products is cheap, unsafe and they don't even return calls! I have safety and warranty issues on a trailer I bought in November 2021. I was told by the dealers district manager I had to contact the manufacturer! Really, once I had a warranty issue on my car and I took it to the dealer, they repaired the issue and they dealt with the manufacturer and I was out the door. Well that's not how TrailersPlus & Carry-On work according to Jason the district manager for TrailersPlus. I'm told to contact the manufacturer and I did, only to get the same bs run around from them. To date they've had my trailer for a month under lock and key and I'm not able to retrieve my trailer and unable to get anyone to call me back. They have my 9000 dollar trailer(had to pay by debt or cash, something shady about that also, maybe two sets of books?) I have all my paperwork to prove I owned the trailer they have locked up and supposedly repaired but their not totally sure??? The manager Brandon doesn't return calls, the district manager Jason (needs-communication skills)and hasn't seen the trailer(he's in Idaho????) but I'm told it's all ready? Now I've had to hire an attorney and will be taking the sheriff with us on an appointment (you can't get into the business unless you have an appointment, again strange but I'm starting to understand why) I made for June 2 2022 at 200 with the sheriff for our protection. CARRY-ON your trailers are in safety, I really don't care that your one of the largest manufacturers, your warranty and customer service is pathetic. TrailersPlus in Fresno is a shady operation and now they have forced this issue into ligation! DONT BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES, you'll have nothing but stress and wasted UPDATE:6/14/22 I called this manufacturer 4 times now regarding warranty and safety issues(tires, which the dealer said I had to do) I have NEVER recieved a call back from their "customer service rep" Not once!! I have tires that have cupoed and worn down to unsafe levels, vibration so bad it vibrated the screws in the panels thru, stripping thru! This trailer hasn't been pulled much or abused and it's only 5 months old!!!!! Pathetic that one of the major trailer builders is so un responsive and in caring for their customers safety! TRAILERSPLUS in Fresno ca has had my trailer for a month, and I'm told can't make any safety and warranty repairs without Carry-On approval! I'm also told that I'm the one that needs to make contact with the manufacturer!What!!! They don't care, like I said I've made 4 calls to the manufacturer and NOTHING!!! Wonder if these tires blow and cause an accident and they have been advised of these bad tires, maybe that will get someone's attention! I have seeker legal representation and I have to give them the chance to correct the problem but I don't see that happening! LOOK AROUND IF YOUR BUYING A TRAILER, if you need warranty, don't for one minute think CARRY-ON will stand behind their product! They won't! They have a design issue with their Patriot model but they do care! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! So Carry-On is one of the largest manufacturer and they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY EVER!!! DONT WANT A HEADACHE DONT BUY ANYTHING CARRY-ON MANUFACTURES!!!!! Already want a refund, poor quality. I bought a *brand new* dump trailer to last me my lifetime all the bands around the leaf springs popped in the first few days. It's supposed to be rated for 10k I hauled about 2000-3500 and it already had to go to the shop where I bought it, it's covered under warrenty but I don't even want it anymore. I ordered a Carry-On trailer liner from Tractor Supply. I understood it would be coming with the next shipment of trailers which would alleviate the cost of shipping. Finally after several calls from T. S. to Carry-ON in an attempt to find out what was taking so long it arrived 2 and a half months later...really??? The only redeeming thing there is that T. S. offered me a huge discount since it took so long. Good Job Tractor Supply!! The standard reply from Carry on trailers is that they're very busy. So my trailer comes but with missing parts. After 2 and a half more weeks, 2 phone calls from T.S. and one from myself and finally a chat I was told to leave my phone number and someone would call me. No call. The person who I was on chat with asked dumb questions and then realized I was asking about a liner rather than the trailer itself. The person came off as rude which I informed said person. The customer service is sorely lacking in this company which is sad being an American company. read more
