My father and I had tried to clean this vent out ourselves after bending the roof vent and losing the pipe that goes from the roof to the dryer. It fell into the attic and we were totally lost on how to retrieve that pipe. The young man went into the attic found the pipe bent our roof vent back into shape, cleaned the vent out and meticulously cleaned up after himself. The best part was he charged us exactly what he quoted us after doing all the work to fix what we had destroyed, before he arrived. He was the most honest business owner I have encountered. NEVER did he test our system or look at the wiring. He didn't even bother to check and see if it was PLUGGED in!! He sends us an estimate for almost $1200. When my husband asked about the estimate, he said we could not do some of the things recommended to bring down the price. Really? I thought the point was you would send us what would fix it. I would NOT recommend this company. I do NOT think he was professional. This was him completely taking advantage and taking money while doing absolutely nothing and then trying to upsell to try and make even more. Maybe he's good at some things but if you need help with your house WiFi, this is not the company for you.
