I had been investigating my options regarding buying a utility trailer. Used, new, single axle,…read moredouble, aluminum or galvanized. My price point was directly related to bang for buck. Almost all used sold by owner that I saw were paint job repair, or priced too high for year and shape. Internet searching came across several trailer distributors. Work and Play had 2 sites. One in Moncton and the other in Dartmouth. I requested a quote for 3 units. Met Gerry the manager in Dartmouth, he walked me through the yard, we discussed what my needs were, and I decided upon a K-series single axle galvanized unit ( that happened to be on sale). Gerry, was knowledgeable-factual, expedient, with professional integrity. The trailer is made in Quebec, Canada for Canadian weather. Thank you to Gerry and his team.

I guess that's the only thing that means good service to them. 30 minutes to check in for service while my drive waits for me. I always by new vehicles and the 2014 MDX I purchased a year ago is total junk. Wouldn't be so bad if they would do the warranty work but they don't. Key-less entry, front collision warning, Bluetooth and voice recognition have never worked correctly since I drove it off the lot. Every time I go for service I tell them about the same problems and every time they tell me the same bs. "keyless entries never work right in cold temperatures" "you have to talk clearly". Come on. I think I know how to talk clearly and if key-less entries don't work in cold temperatures they wouldn't put them in cars sold in Canada! Doesn't really exp[lain why it doesn't work in the summer though, does it? Spent over $1500 in one year just to maintain the warranty and for what. I'd get the bus before I'd ever buy from here again. Can't wait to get rid of this $60 000 piece of junk and back into a Buick! Not to mention, Buick only requires regular oil changes to maintain the warranty, not $1500 a year. Car horrible and service even worse. I don't even care if they know who I am from the review. This place just plain sucks.

Bought a brand new car here. Good sales experience. Awful service. Cannot balance brand new tires…read moreand rims. Had to return for re-balance. No apology. Have been getting exhaust fumes in my car since at least december. Dealership failed to properly diagnose at least 2 times. After my diagnosis proved the rear door is not sealing/closing all the way. They were about to work on the driver door when I dropped the car off. Still getting exhaust fumes inhaled by me/passengers every drive. Hybrid battery air intake is also inhaling the road salt, moisture, and cold air nearly directly into the hybrid air intake. The battery will be ruined and the car is worth nothing if moisture and salt is detected past the air intake filter. They will refuse to provide a loaner car even if you tell them you're very concerned about your pregnant wife inhaling these exhaust fumes too. They will not provide you a loaner car after they agree with you that the REAR door is not sealing properly. Currently freezing wet and salty air are entering the car as I write this review. Oregans Toyota Dartmouth has offered zero apologies. Toyota Dartmouth is only interested in your money. They do not care about your safety, health, or your vehicles health. They will face the consequences for ignoring my health concerns. They will be 100% responsible for any salt and moisture found past that hybrid battery air intake filter. This could cause my battery to fail at any time. The dealer will not disclose that they did anything to address the exhaust fume issue after spending a whole day of "diagnosing" the exhaust fume issue. They spent 3 hours with my car on idle, heat on full blast with ac and be excited to tell you that they didnt find any moisture afterwards. When you ask the manager how does this identify the exhaust fumes entering the car ? They will become pissy and rage at you for calling out that they wasted the whole day of diagnosis on something that wouldnt fix the problem. This is after telling them that their corolla hybrid (brand new) had much less wind noise then mine (same car mine just had more km). I told them this at 9am the same day of that service and they dont begin service till 930am. The manager said "you only told us that 6 hours ago". Yeah and you wasted all 6 of those hours on something you knew wouldnt solve the problem. So even after giving them the proper identification that its a wind intrusion problem, they will continue to waste time focusing on diagnosis they know will lead to nothing. Good sales team. Worst auto service in all of canada. My whole family drives Toyota. I love the car. I cannot feel safe driving the car and am reminded of the awful service every time I inhale exhaust fumes. Making me miss my 2014 Honda accord. That car had zero warranty problems for me. The added stress of having to deal with this dealership's service has made me lose all trust in this dealership. I have lost trust in the vehicle itself now that it has been poisoned by this awful service team. I am worried my hybrid battery will be damaged. I am worried I could pass out behind the wheel when I get smoked out with exhaust. If you want your car treated right. This is the last place I would take it for auto service.

As per my previous review I did go back for a recall, but that didn't go well either. I almost went back recently but now will never go back. When I called their service manager Allison Drummon about the upsell, she seemed to think it was appropriate.
