I just wanted to express what an exceptional experience we have had with autozone today. Val S at…read morethe 17th Street location in Idaho Falls ID went above and beyond today to help us discover the problem with our vehicle. We purchased a new coolant temperature sensor with him and when Autozone didn't have the tools we needed to replace it there before our long trip back to Boise he offered up his own personal tools. He was incredibly friendly and positive through out the whole expirience and he was very honest and genuine and we wish we could do more to thank him. Thanks Val!

Over the Hill towed my son's car 3 miles all within city limits to his own lot and not to the asked for body shop. I was charged $360. $295 for the tow. $55 for the car to sit in his grass field for 24 hours. Because I paid with a credit card I got and extra "HazMat" charge of $13.65. My original conversation with the owner I told him he was a bit high. he hung up on me. All in, Over the Hill is 4 times the rate of AAA. I didn't even get that chance to call AAA because he just hooked up the car and left. I called three other tow companies in Rexburg that quoted half the rate and had no storage fee for the first three days. When in a tight spot or after an accident don't call Over the Hill. We had a very poor experience.

Don't go here, ever. Customer service is horrible with rude…read moreand incompetent people. I dropped my car in the front, early, and had my toddler, but when I came to pick it back up, they had it parked all the way around the back and didn't care, no consideration (meanwhile, no cars were parked out front). They rip you off, are total frauds. I'm the 2nd member of my family that took my car here and was told the tire was defective. I've driven on the Pirelli All Seasons for a little over a year now, nothing wrong. My car was pulling left, now it pulls right. Not a proper alignment and I find it odd that the paper they gave me with my new alignment results was printed at 10:22am when my appointment for it was at 10 (I dropped the car off at 10am) and they didn't call me until 11:30am (knowing I was around the block with my toddler). So you're saying you got it done in 20 minutes, but didn't call for another hour? RIGHT. I smell fish, guys. Hopefully they go under soon. Frauds.
