He worked with me to break the job into a series of phases that I could afford and the timing that worked for me. Some of the work done included: landscaping, building/finishing a carport, interior painting, exterior painting, installing new electrical and light fixtures, and plumbing. I had the work done while I was out of town and unable to visit frequently. Paul saw things through from start to finish. Highly recommended!

They did exactly what they were contracted to do (along with a few extras from my old lady requests!) Eleazar is one of the best tile installers I have come across. The price was comparable to any other contractor in the area. I highly recommend Ivan and his company and will be using them again in the future.

I would definitely hire them again for future work and I would definitely recommend them for their craftsmanship and reasonable pricing. Carlos was great to work with.

Two weeks ago we hired him to install replacement windows (we bought material) in a porch. While the windows were installed fine we had several other important issues he did not take care of. 1) he was VERY messy. Had caulk all over the wood trim & window frame (white caulk on red painted trim & wood shingle siding which cannot be painted over). 2) most areas of the caulk he did not spread so there was just a bead which was not in the hole. 3) left several gaps; no caulk. 4) did not clean up at all. All the old caulk & some trash from the new windows were all over the ground. A real professional also would have removed the stickers on the windows & cleaned them. He actually got caulk on some of the screens & the windows. Just very unprofessional. I sent him a photo or two & said this is horrible. He did not reply.

After calling and providing Josh with the specifications and concept of what we wanted, his crew came out and had the build complete in 2 days (after the lumber was sourced). At Lone Star Patio, the pergolas are all cedar and the crew cuts and stains the wood on site, which leads to a Pergola that is perfectly matched to your home. Case and point, Josh's crew even painstakingly cut into the wood so it would fit snugly underneath the gutters and eaves. This is professional stuff. On top of that, we had some bricks leftover from the build so Josh was also able to do the brickwork and add stone cap on top as well. We couldn't be more happy with our new pergola and I highly recommend Lone Star Patio for any pergola you would want build.

We had another local fence company come out and give us a quote on a wood fence we wanted. The price was reasonable, they had good reviews, and the pictures we saw of their work looked good. I had some follow up questions after they delivered the quote and I never heard back from them. A week later we call Magnolia and they had someone come and talk to us the next day. We received the quote a day later and at that time I also looked at their Facebook or maybe their website and saw a fence they built that we really liked. I email them and i get a response within the same day. We of course still have a lot of questions so Robert, the owner, comes out to the house to talk to us. He genuinely seems excited to be putting up the fence we want. He was able to fit us in during the busy holiday season and the fence was up about a week later. His guys were great also. Nice, friendly, professional. They kept us informed, if there was a decision to make they kept us in the loop. We love the way it all turned out. Also, the quote they originally gave us for the wood fence was lower than the other fence company. As much as we wanted to save money on the wood fence we just couldn't pass up the iron fence that we saw. The photos don't do it justice.
