When the order was delivered on Monday rather than Thursday, it was damaged, our order was still incomplete and the driver forgot the hardware in his truck, so he had to bring it back the next day. Truly, in every aspect Jenkins messed up and Su took ZERO accountability. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Please save yourself time, money and pain. Our efforts to work with Su after the multiple mistakes only delayed the project more while she blamed and belittled us. If this company was registered with the Better Business Bureau, (it's not btw) I would make a personal complaint against Susan Haws. After about a week of trying to make it work, dealing with her horrific attitude and being hung up on multiple times when I called her, we simply asked them to come get their UNUSABLE product and provide a full refund. They recommended a filter installation on the line from the street and put in larger connect line to the house so no more debris could restrict flow. We then called and set up an appointment. Jason arrived right on time and quoted us a price for doing the carpet in our livingroom and bedroom that seemed quite reasonable. He then got right to work, doing a very thorough got with his big machine on the areas he could reach. He then got down on his hands and knees and got the areas he couldn't reach with his upholstery wand. He also did our hall carpet runners and welcome mat, without any extra charge. Once dry, the carpet looked brand new again. Soft, bright and it smelled great! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to our friends.
