Although a nice sized store, layout is quite sporadic and on a bad day, when you need to find an item in a hurry, you can be chasing a memb er of staff around the store for ages as they do not seem to know where things are either! Recently, self service tills have been introduced these would be a great bonus if it weren't for a couple of over zealous staff who insist on over seeing every move, thus making it slower to use these tills than the standard ones!
