Pricing was very reasonable. Scheduling was easy - Adam came out to do our measurements on a Saturday which helped accommodate my work schedule. I had given him a general idea over the phone of what I was looking for and he brought many samples for me to choose from. He offered recommendations based on durable and ease to clean along with maintenance and warranty information (having a Golden Retriever and wanting light colored carpet, I wanted to make sure we were covered and the carpet cleaned up well!) We ultimately decided to go with the higher priced per square foot carpet which was still less then the other estimate we received from another company! The carpet installers were friendly, professional, did a perfect job - I honestly am not even sure they stopped for a break! They removed our old carpet, moved our larger pieces of furniture and cleanup everything before they left. Would recommend A&E to anyone I know who is looking for flooring. The owners were courteous, polite ,and very Knowledgeable. Nader came to the house and accessed the damage and very concisely explained what needed to be done. He checked all stains and looked for mold and moth damage as well. He gave me a very reasonable price quote and told me I would have it back in 10 days. I told him I have a sick child and that smells and chemicals would be a problem. He explained that the washing is done by hand and with nothing harmful and no odor! He then took it to his store.I also needed new padding and he advised me on the best for my needs. When he returned it ( on time exactly), it looked better than when I purchased it. The stains were all gone and the pile gleamed and was fluffy , and it had no smell. The recommended padding was perfect. He arranged it beautifully in my room and even gave me time to decide if I wanted to change the placement. He was patient and courteous and very aware of the other pieces in the room so as to cause no damage. Everything about this company and its owners is First rate. They are a touch of class in a world that too often forgets what that is . Integrity all the way. I would never go anywhere else for my carpet needs !! The fringe was completely dried out and the rug was beginning to unravel. We decided to bind the rug and the work to accomplish that--all by hand--was amazing! The rug looks fabulous!
