Owner came out next day to look, we were with his tile person next day, and on the schedule that week. We picked out tile and the hardest part is waiting for that to arrive. With the holidays it was a wait. Once the materials were in they got us on the schedule within a week. Process is professional and different people come to do different things. They have a great foreman that sets everything up. Demo Crew, membrane crew, tile crew, and drywall guy. All of the people at my house representing this company were great. Tile is expensive, I understand more what drives the price after seeing the process. We only chose to replace the floor and had to go a foot up all around. Tile company they had us work with helped keep us near budget and match up the new tile to matches the old tile in our 20 year old house. So in the pics they did everything on the floor and the beautiful stripe. Wife loves new drain. Hate to have a leak but new one came with lifetime guarantee.
