But these guys would! Not only will they come out on weekends, but they were, by far, the most affordable company. Fast forward to Sunday morning, waiting for the cleaners to arrive. Twenty minutes past the appointment time, they still haven't arrived. I called them, and they said they didn't have us on the schedule. There was some mix up. But he said to text him my address and he was leaving right then. A crew arrived shortly afterwards and got right to work. They even dropped $25 off our cost for the inconvenience! When we went back home a few hours later, the carpets looked fantastic. My chef husband had a bad habit of stepping on the carpet by the entryway in his gross kitchen shoes, resulting in some gross, dark stains. GONE. The stains from having a messy man and a messy 6 year old were GONE! The carpets looked fantastic and smelled fresh. While…read morewe did not have any visible stains, we had plenty of dirt and dog/cat dander which was starting to stink. Our rugs and furniture were not easily cleaned with my own attempts and with weekly Febreeze spraying. The house is now squeaky clean and doesn't smell like our pets. In the future, I'll call to book tile/grout cleaning as well as hardwood cleaning. I need to be better about having all my rugs/furniture cleaned once or twice a year as well!
