He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

Technician Jared arrived in a very timely manner. His personal demeanor was very respectful and he was "cleancut". He did not nickel and dime me for each spot. Gave me the quote and took care of it. I asked if there was deoderizer (smoke smell) and he mentioned there is a remediation treatment that can be used to not mask the odor, but eliminate it. Best if the home is empty and needs to sit for 24 hours. Moderate cost, but sooo worth it. No smoke smell remaining. I will call for future carpet cleaning service when needed!
