Best pizza around. The sauce is simple and delicious and the crust is perfectly chewy. A must have in this quaint little village.

Follow them on Facebook so you know where they will be setting up next! I was lucky enough to have them show up near where I work and decided to give them a try. I had the buffalo chicken pizza and it was beyond amazing. It's fun to watch them make it from start to finish before putting it into "Bella", their mobile wood-fired oven. The staff are nice and happy to answer any questions about the menu. Prices are quite fair for what you get, with pizzas at $10 (and each one is enough for a big lunch for one or a reasonable-size lunch for two), breadsticks with marinara at $8, and cannolis for $3. With food trucks, communication with potential customers is essential, and they do a spectacular job of keeping in touch via social media about where they will be and when they sell out so you aren't left hanging. This is an underappreciated quality, so I want to make sure I am recognizing them for their skill in this where many other mobile vendors fall short. If they are close to you, you absolutely must try them, no excuse not to! Overall: 5.0 stars ----- Pros: - Amazing pizzas, and very cool unique options for them! - Great value for your money. - Good service. - EXCELLENT communication via social media. Cons: - None, really. I wish they came to Wheeling more, though I totally get that they have to go where they know they are most likely to sell out. Good for them for their success!

I stopped here for a quick lunch on a Sunday road trip because it was next to the gas station…read morewhere I filled up and I like supporting local restaurants instead of fast food chains when possible. Although it's attached to a gas station, it's not connected inside. It's a separate business. There isn't much to the place. But the menu board was cute and the service was fast and friendly. That, plus the fact that the other reviews make it clear the locals like it, warranted the 2nd star. How was the pizza? What are the words I'm looking for ... um ... not good. I've heard about Ohio Valley-style pizza and I think that's what this is. The crust had a nice crispness to it and the sauce wasn't too sweet (which is a common feature of pizza in other parts of Ohio). But the cheese was provolone, not mozzarella. And after they cooked it, they put more raw shredded provolone on top! That seems to be their thing - fresh cheese and toppings on top of the cooked pizza. And the pizza was terribly salty. I've had better frozen pizza from the supermarket, and if the cheese doesn't melt, I cook it longer. I should have known not to expect better pizza after living in Ohio for a couple decades. This is so close to the state line that I guess I forgot I was still in Ohio! The sign on the door says they're closed Sundays. I wish that had been true today!

While working in the area and staying in a nearby hotel, I discovered this pizza that has been missing from my life. To describe this style of pizza, it is a square pizza with delicious crust, and it is baked with sauce, then cold toppings including shredded cheese are added after baking. The cheese melts slightly on the hot crust. An excellent pizza! Service was very friendly and helpful. I asked a few questions since it was my first visit, and the employee gave me a very detailed explanation of the Ohio Valley style. He described the various toppings available, and made a recommendation. I ordered my pizza, a veggie with every vegetable available, and returned at the time he stated it would be ready. When I returned my pizza had just been taken out of the oven. The employee told me that it looked so good he thought about making another one just like it for himself. The small dining g area was very clean and tidy. There were several tables available but I decided to take my pizza back to the hotel. My pizza was delicious! I loved the sauce, the toppings, the cheese, and crust. Definitely I will return the next time I am working in the area.

They are very busy, so pick up was like an hour and 20 after we replaced and then we still had to wait 20 minutes when we got there. But it was very much worth it and I would just plan for the wait. The French fries were bomb. Good fries, cooked well, great toppings and well distributed so you didn't get a bunch of naked fries. The cheese was good, not some crappy cheese sauce. It was like shredded. The pizza was delicious. It was a thicker crust and it had great flavor. Even the smaller pizzas you could split in 2 so you can try 2 different specialty pizzas. We got half Romeo (but switched out the sauce for white olive oil sauce) and half right primo pepperoni. The Primo was the bomb. The red sauce was so good, pepperoni cups were plentiful. The Romeo was different since it was a seasonal, had pistachios on it so had to try it. I thought it was good but didn't compare to the Primo. Also ordered garlic parm boneless wings that would be a problem if we lived here. The tiramisu was good, but I'm a connoisseur so I'm a little more picky. I thought it needed more espresso flavor like a wet layer at the bottom. I would 100% come back here. Great take out to go back to the Airbnb!
