Checked everything i could with the tools i had at hand, found nothing. Had my car towed to Mac's and they told me it might be a few days, no rush, car wasn't going anywhere. After only 2 days they reached out, told me blown head gasket or cracked blocked and that it was pretty much toast. Unfortunate for sure. Showed up in person to see what was owed, nothing for the service as it was not good news. They were upfront the whole time and very friendly. Highly recommend!! Thank you again Mac's.

We were recommended to his shop by a friend, We took our vehicle to his shop for a heater core…read morereplacement. We were quoted a fair price and was told that it would take a day to finish. We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

Picked up the vehicle returned it the same day. Let them know the AC was working when it went in and ask them to pull the oil filter so the oil level would go down. Technician verified AC wasn't working when he gave it to me but didn't say anything until it was back in a stall, then they charge me over $100 to fix the AC that wasn't broken when it went in and gave me a new clunking noise. AC didn't work when I got it back. Never ever will I trade with them again. .. valve cover should be dipstick tube..

Incredible Savings and Professional Service - Better Than the Dealership!…read more I recently brought my Nissan into PEPBOYS after receiving a quote from the dealership that felt way out of line.
